Women's Cross Country 7th at USF Invitational

     The San Jose State women's cross country team scored 197 points and finished seventh in a 10-team field at the USF Invitational on September 5.

     Arely Marquez finished 36th overall and was the Spartan's top finisher with a time of 20:00.80. Lauren Dubay's time of 20:10.20 earned her 41st overall as the second finisher for San Jose State.

     Meaghan Vinton (42), Jessica Gonzales (43), and Victoria Smith (44), were the final three scorers for San Jose State.  The University of San Francisco was the winning team, posting a score of 32. University of California was a close second with 36 points.
