Women's Cross Country 20th at NCAA West Regional Championships

Fresno, Calif. - Junior Ana Martinez finished 57th individually to lead
San Jose State University to a 20th place finish at the 2000 NCAA West
Region Women's Cross Country Championships held at Woodward Park.



Martinez posted a time of 22:16. Lisa Aguilera of Arizona State
finished first with a time of 20:16.



Stanford won the team title with a score of 58. San Jose State
scored 565 points.



"All of our scorers will be back next year," said cross country
coach Augie Argabright.
