Spartans Stay #6 In National Poll

Despite seeing its recent six-match winning streak come to an end at Loyola Marymount on March 27, San Jose State University remained sixth nationally in the latest Collegiate Water Polo Coaches Association national poll.

None of the top six teams changed their position from March 24. The first change occurred at number seven with Loyola Marymount vaulting from ninth and switching places with Arizona State after its 12-11 win over San Jose State.

The Spartans (14-10) have a bye week and return to action at the Bronco hosted by Santa Clara University on April 3. San Jose State takes on #17-UC San Diego at 9:15 a.m. and #19-Cal State Bakersfield at 1:00 p.m.
