#10-Spartans Host Harvard & Santa Clara

For the first time in a month, San Jose State University has a women’s water polo match at home in the Aquatics Center when the Spartans host Harvard and Santa Clara in a pair of non-conference matches.

Harvard visits San Jose State, Thursday, March 21, in a 4:00 p.m. match and the Spartans take on Santa Clara, Saturday, March 23, at noon.

San Jose State (8-7) enters the week’s action ranked 10th in the March 20 Collegiate Water Polo Association weekly coaches’ poll. The Spartans seek to end a two-game losing streak after taking on #1-USC and #2-Stanford the last two weekends.

Harvard (13-6) concludes its annual California spring break trip with its match against the Spartans. The Crimson is 3-2 for their first five games with wins over Santa Clara, Occidental and Fresno Pacific.

Santa Clara (11-11) returns to action after hosting Harvard and Occidental on March 17.
