#7-Water Polo Takes 7-0 To Stanford Invitational

San Jose State, ranked seventh nationally, faces its toughest test of the season with three top-six nationally-ranked opponents at the Stanford Invitational, February 6 and 7.

The Spartans (7-0) open their action taking on #2-ranked USC (1-0), February 6, at 9:40 a.m., and finish first-day competition against #6-ranked Michigan (3-1) at 2:45 p.m. in the Avery Aquatic Stadium on the Stanford University campus.

San Jose State takes on #1-ranked Stanford (3-0), Sunday, February 7, at 8:00 a.m.

Eight teams are in this year's Stanford Invitational. #3-ranked Hawai'i, #4-ranked California, #5-ranked UCLA and #9-ranked Arizona State round out the elite field.

All eight teams will play a fourth match based on the win-loss records of their first three matches Sunday, February 7 in the afternoon. First match starts at 12:45 p.m.
