"I was proud of the way we execute the game plan and competed in the first set," said Spartan head coach Jolene Shepardson.  "This year has been about learning how to persevere through hard times and sticking together as a team.  Whatever future challenges we face, I want us to embrace each one head on and learn to see clearly through them."
