The San José State women's track and field team will be in action this Saturday, April 23, at the Bulldog Invitational hosted by Fresno State in Clovis, Calif.
The meet is one of the final tuneups for SJSU before the team returns to Veterans Memorial Stadium for the Mountain West Championships during the second week of May.
The Spartans are competing in a full slate of events including short sprints, distance, hurdles, jumps, the javelin, shot put and discus.
The Bulldog Invitational is set up as a multi-team competition with dual-meet scoring. Division I competition for the Spartans will include Oregon State, Cal Poly, CSUN, Pacific and Mountain West foes UNLV, and Fresno State.
Field events begin at 12:30 p.m. (PT), while running events are scheduled to begin at 3:45 p.m. Follow along throughout the day with live statistics.
