Clovis, Calif. --- Spartan jumpers Nicole Iloanya and Cambree Harbaugh both registered season-best distances to highlight a full day for the San José State women's track team at the Bulldog Invitational.

Iloanya jumped 12.86 meters in the triple jump to take first place in a field of 20. The mark ranks top-three in the Mountain West and 15th overall in the NCAA Division I West Region.

Harbaugh also moved into the conference's top-five on Saturday with a distance of 5.94 meters in the long jump. She narrowly missed breaking her own school record of 5.97 meters, and finished fourth overall in the competition.

"We had some solid marks today," said Spartans' head coach Jeff Petersmeyer. "I'm pleased with the way our team competed."

San José State competed in more events on Saturday at the Bulldog Invitational than any other meet this season, including the program's newest additions in the javelin, discus throw and shot put.

The experience at Veterans Memorial Stadium was key for SJSU, who will return there May 11-14 for the Mountain West Championships.

The team has one final regular season meet remaining, the Payton Jordan Invitational, hosted by Stanford, on May 1.
