Harbaugh's Long Jump Highlights SJSU Track & Field's Day At Don Kirby Invite

Albuquerque, N.M. --- Cambree Harbaugh jumped 6.05 meters in the long jump to highlight San José State's first day at the Don Kirby Invitational at the Albuquerque Convention Center.

Harbaugh hit the mark of 6.05 meters on her third attempt, nearly beating her  indoor best of 6.09 meters which she just set a few weeks ago at the Air Force Invitational. Harbaugh finished in fourth place among the field of 49.

The Spartans were also active in the high jump on Friday. Natalie Gutierrez was SJSU's top finisher in 14th place with a height of 1.63 meters.

Spartan sprinters were in action in the 200 and 400 meters. Makayla Webb clocked a 25.39 in the 200 for SJSU's best time, while Lovenie Dantes' 57.48 was tops for the Spartans in the 400.

San José State continues the meet tomorrow morning with the triple jump and more sprint and hurdles events. Live stats are available via liverunningresults.com.
