Senior leadership: Spartan senior Anna Guzman is leading the team in singles wins this year. She is 7-1 on the season and has won her last five matches in a row.

Fresh Start: Freshman Sabastiani Leon Chao has stepped out as San Jose State's number-one singles player in all but one match in 2011. She is 6-1.
