Colleen Humel finishes fifth in he 200 back and Cari Reiswig was fourth in platform diving.
AT SJSU: In her fourth season with the Spartans… Team captain in 2016-17 and 2015-16... Received the All-Mountain West Conference Academic Award and named MW Scholar-Athlete for the 2013-14 season… Honored as a 2014 and 2016 Academic All-Mountain West and received 2014 Mountain West scholar-athlete recognition.
2016-17: At the Mountain West Championships she finished 23rd with a time of 2:02.20 in the 200 back… In the preliminaries she finished 26th with a time of 57.16 in the 100 back and 37th with a time of 23.94 in the 50 free (career best).
2015-16: Competed in the 50 free and 50 back and the 100 back for the Spartans… She placed 27th in the 100 back (56.93), 28th in the 200 back (2:04.78) and 43rd in 50 free (24.15) at the Mountain West Championships.
2014-15: Her best times include the 200 back 2:04.78 (28th), 50 free 24.15 (43rd) and 100 back 56.93 (27th) at the Mountain West Championships.
2013-14: Finished fifth in the 100 back (1:02.39) against Cal State East Bay (1/18) ... Placed 6th in the 200 back (2:15.81) against Fresno State and 7th in the 200 back (2:11.24) against Nevada (1/25).
NEVADA UNION HIGH SCHOOL: A graduate of Nevada Union High in Grass Valley, Calif (Coach John Sultan and Jeff Kirkpatrick)... Placed seventh in the 100 back at the C.I.F Sac-Joaquin Section Championships in 2013... Most Improved Swimmer in the 2009-10 and 2010-11 seasons... Named Most Valuable Player for the 2012-13 season.
