Meet Women's Soccer Freshman Kiara Parker

Freshman forward Kiara Parker comes to the Spartans after being a part of one of the country's most potent high school offenses at Perry High School. She was directly responsible for 20 goals and 19 assistant while guiding the team to the 2016-17 AIA State Championship semifinal match. Her 59 points were second on the team which had an offense ranked as high as second in the country (MaxPreps) and broke the school record with 134 total goals.

With Parker, Perry High finished the year 21-3-1 overall, ranked 58th nationally and fourth in the state of Arizona by MaxPreps. 

Parker also takes care of business in the classroom, and she was rewarded by being named to the All-Academic Girls Soccer Team by She plans to be a business administration major at San José State.

Tickets for San José State home games will be available for purchase at the entrance gate. Admission for adults 18 and above costs $8 and youth ages 17-3 are just $5, while infants two and under are free. Fans can also visit the Spartan Ticket Office web page to buy tickets.
