AT SJSU: Playing in her second season with the Spartans during 2017 ... Signed an NLI with San José State in February of 2016.

Competed in 17 matches as a reserve in her true freshman campaign … Scored three points in the 5-1 win over Portland State (9/18) by recording the game-winning goal and assisting another Spartan goal … Finished the Sept. 25 match at Nevada with three points on a goal and an assist … Ended the season with 6-of-13 shots going on goal.

HIGH SCHOOL: An All-Delta League selection in 2015 at Davis (Calif.) High School … Anchored a back line which allowed just nine goals all season long … Won the Delta League outright with a 12-1-1 record … Herrera played her club soccer with the Davis Legacy Soccer Club of the National Premier League (NPL) … A goal-scoring threat who helped Davis Legacy become one of the highest scoring teams in all of the NPL in 2015 with fifty-three goals … One of the NPL’s top-30 players which were selected to train for this year's North vs. South match in May of 2016.
