My name is Aubrey Lee and I am a senior this year, from Reno, Nev. Going into my 4th year, I have never been this excited about how good our team is looking. We came in prepared with a winning attitude, ready to work together to reach our goals.
On Friday October 14, we attended the Homecoming game, selling programs until the first quarter, and then joining the rest of the fans in the stands. It was a very exciting game that was aired on ESPN, and we were able to pull out the win against Hawaii, which hasn't happened in a long time at home. This was a huge accomplishment for Spartan Athletics, and we celebrated by rushing the field and congratulating the coaches and the players.
Time has been flying by, and our Blue and Gold exhibition against Cal is just around the corner in December. With that in mind, we have been stepping it up a notch in practice and have started half and three-quarter routines in the gym. We get a reminder everyday from Wayne that season is coming up quick, and we need to be ready. Everyday counts at this point, and there is no room for error. Everyone is committed, excited, and bringing something different to the table to contribute to us moving forward.

"Teamwork is the ability to work together toward a common vision. The ability to direct individual accomplishments toward organizational objectives. It is the fuel that allows common people to attain uncommon results." -Vincent Lombardi
