Women's Golf At Stanford Intercollegiate This Weekend

After a fifth-place finish at their last tournament, the San Jose State women's golf team competes this weekend at the Stanford Intercollegiate Championships at the Stanford Golf Course.

The Spartans tee off Friday morning beginning at 9:48 a.m. off of the 10th hole. Teams start teeing off at 8:30 a.m. on Friday and Saturday and 7:30 a.m. on Sunday. Admission to the tournament is free.

Eight teams ranked in the top-25 comprise the field of 15 teams - #1 USC, #2 UCLA, #3 Arizona Sate, #7 California, #12 Oklahoma State, #15 Stanford, #18 Denver and #25 Vanderbilt. The Spartans also face competition from Arizona, Hawaii, San Francisco, Texas, UNLV and Washington.

For this tournament, the Spartan lineup consists of Katrina Delen-Briones, Madeleine Ziegert, Cristina Corpus, Jody Ho and Shraddhanjali Singh. Kanika Minocha will compete as an individual.
