Spartans 16th At PING/ASU Invitational

Tempe, Ariz.-Shraddhanjali Singh led the San Jose State women's golf team with a 74 Saturday at the second round of the PING/ASU Invitational at the Karsten Golf course.  The Spartans now sit in 16th place in the team standings at 607.

Singh made three birdies on her round including her final hole of the day on number nine.  Katrina Delen-Briones shot the second-best round with a 76 including a birdie on hone number one.

Madeleine Ziegert and Jody Ho each shot a 78, while Cristina Corpus shot a 79 on Saturday. 

The final round begins at 7:30 a.m. Sunday as San Jose State tees off from the 10th tee.
