"We are excited to be getting back to competing again," said Spartan head coach John Dormann. "I like our schedule to start the spring as we play in three tournaments, all locally, over the next three weeks.
"We are happy to have Jody playing with us this weekend, and she is healthy and strong enough to play in a tournament. It will be a special moment for all of us."
This tournament marks the first of three tournaments over the next three weeks that the Spartans will compete in that will be played in the Bay Area. The team plays at the Cal Classic on February 25-26, at Ruby Hill in Pleasanton, followed by the Juli Inkster Spartan Invitation on March 4-5, at the Almaden Country Club.
