Made 10 starts in 32 appearances...averaged 2.3 points, 2.5 assists and 1.9 rebounds in 16.3 minutes per game...ranked second on the team and 11th in the Mountain West in assists (2.7/g)...dished out a season-best seven assists versus Southern Oregon (12/2)...against Columbia (11/16) had her best points and steals effort, nine and four, respectively...season best in rebounds, eight, was versus Nevada (2/28)...shot 85 percent, second highest on the team, from the free throw line.

2013-14: Sat out the season as a medical redshirt.

2012-13: Started 27 games in 30 total appearances...averaged 8.0 points, 4.3 rebounds, 3.4 assists, 1.9 steals in 36.1 minutes per game...led squad in minutes played (1,083) and assists (102)...among WAC performers was second in minutes played (36.1/game), sixth in assists (3.48/game), seventh in assist/turnover ratio (0.90:1) and No. 10 in steals (1.86/game)...10 assists against UT Arlington (2/28) was a single-game high and the first Spartan with a double-digit assist game since the 2004-05 season...grabbed a season-best 10 rebounds versus Louisiana Tech (3/2)...twice scored 13 points in a game, a season-high, at Eastern Illinois (11/19) and versus Pacific (12/3)...had double doubles on back-to-back nights (10 pts., 10 assts. vs. UTA and 11 pts, 10 rebs. vs. LA Tech)...one of five players to appear in all 30 games...second on the team with 56 steals including a single-game best of six versus San Francisco State (11/9)...fourth on the team in rebounds (128) and blocked shots (5)...third in 3-point attempts (81) and makes (19).

OHLONE COLLEGE: Averaged 14 points, 4.8 assists and 7.5 rebounds a game (coach Julia Allender) in 2011-12, earning Northern California Player of the Year, Coast Conference MVP and first-team All-State honors...team went 24-6 and were unbeaten champions, 12-0, of the Coast Conference-South Division last year, earning their fourth consecutive division title...in 2010-11 the team was 21-8, 11-1 in league play.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2010 graduate of Dublin (Calif.) High School...scored more than 1,000 points in four varsity seasons...first-team All-Diablo Foothill Athletic League (DFAL) honors her sophomore, junior and senior years...in four seasons (coach Mark Wainwright) her team was 87-28 overall and 41-11 in DFAL action and won the league title in her junior season.

CHEREESE: Earned a bachelor's degree in communications studies in 2014 and is currently enrolled in graduate school...hopes to become a sports broadcaster after graduation...lists swimming, being outdoors and spending time with family and friends as interests outside of basketball...the daughter of Victoria Nua and Michael Thomas...a native of Santa Clara, Calif., Chereese Lei-Nua Thomas was born April 23, 1992.
