Hoppius made the All-MW First Team for the second year in a row after an outstanding October when she scored six goals. The junior netted the game-winning tally against Wyoming, which was part of a four-game win streak for the Spartans. Two assist brought her point total for the month to a team-leading 14. Hoppius is currently back home in Germany training for the FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup. She’ll represent her country in the tournament which begins on November 18.
