The San Jose State men and women's cross country teams will compete in their final regular season race at the Bronco Invitational in Sunnyvale, Calif., on October 15.
It is the final race before the Western Athletic Conference championships take place on October 29 in Honolulu.
The women's 5K Open race will kick off the Bronco Invitational hosted by Santa Clara at 8:00 a.m. Brianna Garcia, Talia Gragert, Sasha Martinez, Katie O'Connell, Jessica Ponce, Alexandra Seda and Keri Zaro will compete for the Spartans in that event.
Megan Arias, Marissa Buckley, Rebecca Garcia, Kate Lambdin, Aylin Mejia, Elizabeth Raymond and Victoria Smith will be the lineup for the SJSU women's team in the 5K Invitational race at 9:45 a.m.
For the men, Juan Ruiz, Sterling Granger and Mueen Ghoury will represent the Spartans in the 8K men's invitational race beginning at 10:30 a.m.
The rest of the men's lineup: Antonio Cantu, Kellen Cole, Alex Esparza, Hector Lopez-Garcia, Ansel Mills and Pablo Borceguin will run in the 8K Open event beginning at 11:15
Fresno State, Nevada and Idaho will join San Jose State as WAC participants in the Bronco Invitational, which begins 8 a.m. this Saturday October 15 at Baylands Regional Park in Sunnyvale, Calif.
