Men's Cross Country To Run In Gator Invitational

     After traveling almost 2400 combined miles for the team's prior two races, San Jose State men's cross country will head to nearby San Francisco Calif., to compete in the Gator Invitational on October 8.

     The Gator Invitational hosted by San Francisco state will be held at the Speedway Meadow Course (8K) inside Golden Gate Park.

     The men's race will have a field of 16 schools including four Division I Bay area schools: Saint Mary's College, University of San Francisco, Santa Clara University and San Jose State.

     "We're looking forward to seeing who will step up for our team this week," said Spartans' head coach Augie Argabright.

     Argabright announced the lineup for the Gator Invitational on Wednesday: Antonio Cantu, Kellen Cole, Alex Esparza, Luke Galvan, Jonathan Gragert, Hector Lopez-Garcia and Juan Ruiz.
