Men's cross country 15th at the UC Riverside Invitational

RIVERSIDE, Calif.—The San Jose State Men’s cross country team finished 15th out of 29 teams at the Riverside Invitational on September 20.

The Spartans team total was 471. UC Santa Barbara won the race with 32 points, while the Runners High Club finished second with 85 points in the 8km race.

Jesse McLeod was the top Spartan finisher placing 84th with a 26:10 clocking. Jeff Gardina, from UC Santa Barbara, won the race with a time of 24:23.
