Men's Water Polo Closes Out 2016 Season With Special Evening

San José State men's water polo hosted their first banquet since 1981

AT SAN JOSÉ STATE: Completed his second season with the Spartans.


2016:
Played in all 28 games...Recorded a career-high 15 goals and 10 assists...Scored a season-high three goals in a 12-7 win against #14-George Washington on October 22...Had the second highest shooting percentage (.429) out of the players who played in all 28 games for the Spartans...First Spartan senior in the water polo program since the program was revived in 2015.


MODESTO JUNIOR COLLEGE: Water Polo (Coach Eric Fischer) most valuable player as a sophmore... Second team All-Big 8 Conference and All-Northern California in 2012... Awarded First team All-American, All-Big 8 Conference and All-Northern California in 2013.

HIGH SCHOOL: A three-time letter winner in swimming and a two-time letter winner in water polo (Coach Drew Clute) at Pitman High School in Turlock, Calif... Second Team All-Central California Conference in water polo his junior season... Water Polo team Most Valuable Player, First Team All-Central California Conference and second team All-Sac-Joaquin Section his senior season... Score 153 career goals.
