San Jose State Men's Soccer Resume Play, Reschedule Game With California

The San Jose State University men’s soccer team will resume play Monday, Sept. 17 in a rescheduled game against California. The game, originally scheduled for Sunday, Sept. 16, will begin at 7:30 p.m. at Spartan Stadium. The Golden Bears, 1-3-0 so far this season, lost their last game against Loyola Marymount on Sunday, 1-0. The Spartans are off to a 3-0-0 start, with their latest win against UC Riverside last Friday at Spartan Stadium. The Golden Bears have a 10-5-1 all-time record against the Spartans. This is the first meeting between the two teams since the 1998 season, when San Jose State won, 2-0.
