The 2011 San Jose State grad clinched the victory over Michael McCabe of Thousand Oaks, Calif., on the 19th hole making it his closest match of the event.
Hubbard won four matches on his way to the final, with the narrowest margin being 4-and-3 on the 6,535-yard par 72 Twin Oaks Golf Course.
"There were a couple matches this week that I just played flat out awesome," said Hubbard. "Today's match was really close and it feels great to come out on top."
The win guarantees the Denver, Colo., native free entry fees into all 2013 Golden State Tour events.
Hubbard, now in his second year as a professional, had nine top-10 finishes as a Spartan and was the 2011 Western Athletic Conference individual champion.
