Spartans To Represent MW In Golfweek's Conference Challenge

San José State men’s golf will be among the 12 teams from 12 different conferences across the nation to tee it up in Golfweek’s Conference Challenge beginning Sunday, September 14, in Burlington, Iowa.

 

Joining the Spartans in the field will be: Austin Peay (OVC), Eastern Michigan (MAC), LSU (SEC), Oregon State (Pac-12), Richmond (Atlantic 10), Southeastern Louisiana (Southland), SMU (AAC), Texas State (Sun Belt), UTEP (Conference USA), Xavier (Big East) and host, Iowa (Big 10).

 

The three-day tournament begins Sunday with 9:00 a.m. CDT tee times off the first and 10th holes of the 7,222-yard par 72 Spirit Hollow Golf Course. Round two will begin Monday at the same time, and the 54-hole event concludes Tuesday with an 8:30 a.m. shotgun start.
