San Jose State's Jay Myers holed out a 25-yard shot on the final hole to win the 2011 Santa Clara County Championship at San Jose C.C. by one stroke.
Myers played the final 36 holes at two-under par en route to a one-under 209 54-hole total that got him his second Santa Clara County Championship in the last three years.
The Rocklin, Calif., native fired a three-under 67 in the morning round before he cashed his shot from the fairway to win on Sunday afternoon.
Myers is set to begins his senior campaign with the Spartans men's golf team in the 2011-12 season.
