Men's Golf Seeks Strong Finish At Mauna Lani Invite

Kohala Coast, Maui-----Scores for all players are high for everyone at the 21st annual Mauna Lani Invitational, San Jose State's first tournament of the spring season.

The Spartans are in 18th place out of 22 teams heading into the final round on February 5. Washington at two-over par 580 is the team leader. San Jose State is at 626.

Mark Hubbard is the top Spartan with an eight-over par 152. Rosco Valentine is next at 153. Stephan Stallworth and Christopher Lang, in the lineup for the first time this season, are at 161. Jay Myers has a 167 after 36 holes. Only five players in the 120-player field are under par with 18 holes to go.
