Chandler Jones Named SI.com Honorable Mention All-America

Chandler Jones scored 31 touchdowns during his San Jose State career.

New York, N.Y.-----Record-setting San Jose State University wide receiver Chandler Jones was named to Si.com's 2013 All-America football team as an honorable mention honoree.

Jones produced a memorable senior season in 2013. The only Spartan in university history to catch at least 50 passes in each of his four seasons, he produced personal bests of 79 receptions for 1,356 yards and a single-season school record 15 TDs. At Minnesota and in the Wyoming and Fresno State wins, he tied the San Jose State single-game record of three touchdown catches.

Jones completed his career sharing or holding six San Jose State single-game, season and career records. His 248 receptions currently ties him for fifth nationally among active receivers and his 3,087 pass receiving yards is tenth best. He also is in the NCAA Record Book for scoring a touchdown three different ways (rushing, receiving, fumble return) in the 2011 Hawaii win.
