Dallas, Texas----- San Jose State University punter Michael Carrizosa picked up his latest All-America honor as a second-team All-America by the Football Writers Association of America (FWAA).

Carrizosa averaged a single-season school record 47.7 yards a punt during the regular season. Recently, the sophomore from Salinas, Calif., became San Jose State's first Walter Camp Football Foundation All-America as a second-team selection and was named an honorable mention All-America by si.com.

Carrizosa and his teammates are in the midst of preparing for the December 19 AutoNation Cure Bowl vs. Georgia State. Game time is 7:00 p.m. (ET)/4:00 p.m. (PT) with national television coverage by the CBS Sports Network. Tickets for the game are available through www.sjsuspartans.com.
