San Jose State University football fans can spend their Saturday night October 5 in front of their computer or big screens watching the Spartans (1-3, 0-1 Mountain West) take on the University of Hawaii from Aloha Stadium.

As part of the Mountain West Conference agreement with the host Rainbow Warriors (0-4, 0-2 Mountain West), the Oceanic Cable telecast will be available on the Spartan Digital Network,, live starting at 9:00 p.m. (PDT)/6:00 p.m. (HST).

Former San Jose State football head coach Dick Tomey is providing the commentary to go along with the play-by-play calls of Robert Kekaula. Coach Tomey led the Spartans during the 2005 through 2009 seasons and was the head coach at Hawaii from 1977 through 1986.

Wide receivers Chandler Jones and Noel Grigsby; offensive linemen Reuben Hasani, Ryan Jones and Amar Pal; running back Jason Simpson; defensive lineman Anthony Larceval; defensive back Chris Hill; and punter Harrison Waid were freshmen on the last Tomey team at San Jose State.
