Look ahead, plan ahead, be ahead and stay ahead - four corners of building a strong family foundation.
Build a stronger family foundation, Saturday, July 26, at the Raising Healthy Families Workshop at the Simpkins Stadium Center next to San José State University's Spartan Stadium.
In today's culture, there are lifestyle choices that lead to children having shorter life expectancies than their parents. However, all parents can be positive role models for their children and their children's children.
Dr. Mindy Pelz, an award-winning clinician and chiropractic specialist based in San Jose for nearly 20 years, will give you the tools and information to make better decisions for your family to actively develop real health, prevent disease and help you to understand:
- Why nutritional choices can mean failure or success for your child
- Why your child's posture will affect their overall health and what you can do to improve it
- How to set the best example of a healthy, stress-free mindset for your family
- How to eliminate sources of toxins from your home
