AT SAN JOSE STATE: In his second season with the Spartans... Durable running back... Signed a National Letter-of-Intent in February 2017.

2017: Second freshman in school history to lead the Spartans in rushing for a season... Played in the final 11 games and was a starter in five of the last six contests... Leading freshman rusher in the Mountain West and #15 ground gainer among freshman running backs nationally in 2017... Became a factor in the offensive attack the fourth game of the season against Utah State (9/23) when he had 10 carries for 35 yards... By season's end he finished with 670 yards and one touchdown on 163 carries... Had two 100-plus yard rushing games including a season-high 118 yards and a touchdown on 21 carries at Nevada (11/11)... Rushed for 112 yards on a season-best 26 attempts at BYU (10/28)... Also caught four passes for 55 yards in his first season at the major college level.
