AT SAN JOSE STATE: In his second season with the Spartans... A quarterback prospect joining the Spartans for the first time for 2017 Fall camp... Signed a National Letter-of-Intent in February 2017.

2017: Completed a redshirt season.

HIGH SCHOOL: Quarterback for the 2015 California State Division 4-AA High School champion Hanford (Calif.) High football team (Coach Josh Young)... Had a 26-3 win-loss record as a starting quarterback... Completed 60.9 percent of his passes for 4,955 yards and 54 touchdowns and ran for 1,282 yards and 23 scores during his high school career... Also was the team's punter as a junior... Named the 2015 Fresno Bee Player of the Year, the West Yosemite League Offensive Player of the Year, and to CalHi Sports.com junior class all-state second-team... Two-sport letterwinner also was an all-league and All-Kings County basketball player.
