2017: Played in 13 games and started 12 times... Led the team and was third in the Mountain West with 12 pass break-ups... Tied for third in the Mountain West in passes defensed at 1.00/game... Single-game career-high 8 tackles vs. Fresno State (10/7)... His 68-yard inteception return for a touchdown vs. Utah State (9/23) was the longest interception return of the season by a San Jose State player.
2016: Played in all 12 games and was a starter the final five games of the season...Credited with 26 tackles and a fumble recovery for the season... Single-game high six tackles at Boise State (11/4)... Fumble recovery was at the Spartan goal line and prevented a touchdown in the fourth quarter of the Air Force game (11/19)... Third on the team five pass break-ups... Two break-ups in the Nevada (10/15) and UNLV (10/29) wins and one against San Diego State (10/21).

AT THE UNIVERSITY OF WASHINGTON: Spent the 2013 and 2014 seasons with the Huskies... Received the university's Mark Drennan Defensive Scout Squad Most Valuable Player award during his 2013 redshirt season... Played in two games during the 2014 season and was credited with five tackles... Had a season-high four tackles in a season-opening win at Hawai'i.
HIGH SCHOOL: Lettered in football (Coach Roddy Hiatt) and track and field at Salesian High in Los Angeles... Helped Salesian to a 23-3 overall win-loss record his junior and senior seasons...
