SAN JOSE, Calif. – The Spartans play their ninth road game in the last 10 games, and their 13th in the last 17 games, when they take on the Santa Clara Broncos of the West Coast Conference for a Tuesday mid-week game.  It is the backend of the home-and-home series.  The Spartans beat the Broncos last Wednesday (March 29) at Municipal Stadium, 4-2. 

After Tuesday’s game versus Santa Clara, San José State will play four home games including a weekend series against Mountain West conference foe New Mexico and one game against Pac-12’s Stanford.  The Spartans are 10-3 this season at home and 7-1 at Municipal Stadium.  Five home games were played at the various venues in Stockton, Calif. earlier in the year due to the weather conditions in San Jose.
