Pullman, Wash. --- Game two of the series between San José State and Washington State has been suspended due to rain in the top of the fifth inning and will resume tomorrow at 2:00 p.m.

When the contest picks up tomorrow, the Spartans will have bases loaded and one out in the top of the fifth inning in a 4-4 tie ballgame.

There will be approximately 30 minutes between the end of game two and the beginning of game three at Bailey-Brayton Field.

After allowing a run in the bottom of the first, SJSU scored four consecutive runs to take a 4-3 lead. A three-spot for the Cougars in the bottom of the fourth tied the game.
