AT SAN JOSÉ STATE: In his fifth season with the Spartans… 29 of 41 career appearances have come out of the bullpen... Versatile arm out of the bullpen.

2017: Appeared in 17 games, starting in 11... Last nine appearances were all starting assignments... Second on the team in starts (11)... Pitched atleast 6.0 innings in five of his last eight appearances... Pitched a career-high 8.0 innings against Air Force (4/22)... Set career game-high in strikeouts (5) against Nevada (3/17)... Picked up a win against Pacific (3/7).

2016: 17 of 18 appearances came out of the bullpen… Posted a 1-3 record with two saves… Had a 5.76 ERA in 25.1 innings… Picked up his first career win against Pacific (4/26) in his only start of the season while striking out a season-high three batters… Pitched a scoreless inning in three of the four game series against UC Irvine (2/19-21)… Picked up saves against Cal Poly (4/3) and Grand Canyon (5/4). 

2015: Appeared in six games out of the bullpen…Posted a 9.53 ERA in 5.2 innings…Struck out four and walked four…First career appearance came in relief against Stanford (3/3)… Tossed a scoreless inning of relief at Stanford (4/28)…Threw an inning of shutout ball against UNLV (5/16).

2014: Did not see game action.

HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Paraclete High School in Lancaster, Calif. …A two-sport athlete earning three letters in baseball and two in football…Was a starting pitcher and catcher for the Spirits…Had a sub-2.00 ERA during all three seasons as a pitcher on the team…Was an offensive MVP of the team during his junior year when he was a second-team All-Alpha League selection…Received first-team all-league honors as a senior as well as being named the team MVP…Finished high school with a career .391 batting average…An Antelope Valley Press All-Valley Team selection in 2013.

A geography major… Aspires to be a city planner or play professional baseball after graduation… Enjoys snowboarding and fishing…Born in North Hills, Calif. …Now calls Lancaster, Calif., his hometown.
