AT SAN JOSE STATE:
Fourth season with the Spartans... Has played cornerback, safety, running back and been used as a kickoff return specialist in his first two active seasons..Five career starts entering the 2009 season...Has started games on offense and defense...Only current player to start games on both sides of the ball.
2008:
Played in the first four games of the season, all as a running back...Most productive game in 2008 was in the San Diego State win (9/20) with 2 receptions for 19 yards...
2007:
Only player on the 2007 team to start games on either side of the ball...Started five games – the Arizona State (8/31), Idaho (10/6) and Hawaii (10/12) games at safety and the Stanford (9/15) and Boise State (11/3) contests at running back...played both ways in the Boise State and New Mexico State (11/10) games...had a personal single-game best of 8 tackles (6 solo, 2 assisted) at Arizona State...team’s leading rusher at Stanford with 10 carries for 26 yards...had interceptions in the Idaho and New Mexico State victories...season-long 31 yard kickoff return and five tackles to go along with his interception in the Idaho win...second on the team in kickoff return average at 20.6...Caught his only pass of the season at Boise State.
2006:
Hunsucker was a special teams member and reserve cornerback...Appeared in all 13 games and recorded six tackles...Also returned one kickoff for 16 yards...Began the season as a running back hopeful before moving to the defensive side of the ball.
HIGH SCHOOL:
Lettered in football (Coach Mike Machado) and track and field at San Jose Valley Christian High School ... the 2005 Central Coast Section (CCS) and West Catholic Athletic League (WCAL) Player of the Year... a 2005 second-team all-state selection by CalHi Sports... rushed for 1,323 yards on 169 carries, caught 16 passes for 2247 yards and scored 24 touchdowns during his team’s fourth consecutive championship season... scored 11 touchdowns, rushed for more than 900 yards and was named the 2003 WCAL “Sophomore of the Year”... won the 2006 CCS and the 2005 WCAL 100- meter dash titles... winning time at the Central Coast Section championships was a wind-aided 10.71.
DOMINIQUE:
