HIGH SCHOOL: A 2006 first-team all-league and All-C.I.F. Southern Section wide receiver from Palm Desert (Calif.) High School (Coach Pat Blackburn) ...Germany led his team in pass receiving with 62 catches for 1,058 yards and 12 touchdowns as a senior...Caught at least one touchdown reception in nine of his team’s 12 games last season... He had a single-game best 10 receptions for 130 yards and three touchdowns against La Quinta (Calif.) High School...As a junior, he excelled as a defensive back with 82 tackles, three pass interceptions and seven pass break-ups.
