SPARTAN NOTES: Spent three years as a Spartan.

2011-12: Made 12 starts in 18 appearances...averaged 3.7 points and 3.3 rebounds in 15.3 minutes per game...scored a season-high 14 points against Idaho (2/4)...best rebounding performance was seven at Hawai'i (2/11)... twice had four assists in a game against San Francisco (11/13) and Fresno State (2/25)...got her career-high in steals, three, against Fresno State (2/25).

2010-11: Redshirted the season.

2009-10: Earned 11 starts in 24 total appearances...shot .400 (34-of-85) from the field and .370 (10-of-27) from beyond the arc...average of 3.6 points and 1.8 rebounds in 12.8 minutes of action...scored a season-high 15 points at Sacramento State (12/18)...hit double-digit scoring vs. San Francisco (11/24), Santa Clara (1/2) and Idaho (1/23)...grabbed a career-high five rebounds three times - at New Mexico State (3/6), at Sacramento State (12/18) and at CSU Bakersfield (12/29)...dished out three assists, a career high, at California (12/9).

JUNIOR COLLEGE: Played two seasons at Santa Rosa Junior College for head coach Lacey Campbell...averaged 9.8 points, 5.6 rebounds, and 2.2 assists in her sophomore year...as a team captain she helped lead her team to a 21-13 overall record and a third place Big Eight Conference finish in 2008-09 and received all-conference honorable mention designation.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2007 graduate of Maria Carrillo High School (Coach Steve Azevedo) in Santa Rosa, Calif....helped the team to a 46-10 overall record in two season playing varsity basketball.

PALAGI:  Majoring global studies...wants to open a restaurant and run a charity organization after graduation...enjoys skimboarding, playing the ukulele and hanging out with friends and family...has two cousins who play football in the National Football League...brother Sam plays football at San Diego State University...the daughter of Luisa and Fa'atatala Atoe...a native of Santa Rosa, Calif., Palagi Taima Atoe was born February 28, 1989.
