A 2011 Big 25 team selection by the Arizona Football Coaches Association, Evan is coming to San Jose State this fall as an offensive tackle prospect. Sarver was a left tackle for the Basha High of Chandler, Ariz., team (Coach Bernie Busken) that won nine games each of his two varsity seasons. A team captain as a senior, he was a second-team all-region choice as a junior. Evan would like to major in mechanical engineering and pursue a career that deals in alternative and/or renewable energy. At Basha High, he is in his second year as a member of the National Society of High School Scholars. The native of Mesa, Ariz., was born on November 27, 1993.
