2010: Competed in three races...40th place (21:59.56) at the Battle of the Bay (9/4)...136th place (27:28) at the Gator Invitational (10/8)...134th place (21:50.7) at the Bronco Invitational (10/16)...was an Academic All-WAC honoree.

2009: Competed in four races for the Spartans...Placed 57th in the USF invitational for her highest finish of the season...Ran her fastest 5K time of 21:05.20 at the UC Riverside Invitational.

HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Royal High School in Simi Valley, Calif...lettered three years in cross country, and track under head coach, Jay Sramek...Also lettered three years in soccer...named to the 2006 and 2008 Maramonte second team...earned Maramonte first team honors in 2007.

Katie: Majoring in history and going for a minor in geography at SJSU...has plans of becoming a teacher following her studies...enjoys reading and watching movies...born on May 30, 1991 in Northridge, Calif...now calls Simi Valley her hometown.
