Parking and Tailgating Information
General Parking
Game day public parking is available in the three White Lots; the surface lot located on the west side of 7th Street between Humboldt and the Alan B. Simpkins Athletic Administration Building parking lot, the White Lot located at Bud Winter Field on 10th & Alma and the Humboldt lot located on Humboldt between 7th Street and 10th Street. Season passes are $75*. Game day parking may be purchased the day of each event at the lot entrances for $15 per space. Gates open five hours prior to kickoff. Tailgate Parking (Fan Fiesta)
Tailgate parking is available in the Fan Fiesta area located on the grass field bordered by Spartan Stadium, 10th Street, Alma and Stadium Way. Spaces are allocated on first-come, first-served basis. There is a charge of $30 per space. Season passes can be purchased for $150. The Fan Fiesta area opens five hours prior to kickoff (for example: gates open at Noon for 5:00 p.m. games). Fans are encouraged to arrive early. Once the Fan Fiesta area is full, fans will be directed to the White Lot on 10th Street. Passes can be ordered by calling the ticket office at 408-924-SJTX (7589).
Handicapped Parking
Handicap parking is conveniently located on the surface lot located at 7th Street between Humboldt and the Alan B. Simpkins Athletic Administration Building parking lot. There are a limited number available on a first-come, first-served basis beginning five hours prior to kickoff. A valid state-issued handicap-parking permit is required. Gate open five hours to kickoff.
RV Parking
RV parking is available in the Fan Fiesta along the 10th Street and Alma Street fence line on a first-come, first- served basis. RV spots require the purchase of two Fan Fiesta passes on the day of game at $30 each (total of $60). There are also a limited number of season passes available for purchase*. RV spots will be available up to two hours prior to kickoff. If RV spots are not utilized at that time, they will be made available for general vehicle tailgate parking. Spartan Foundation Reserved Tailgate
The Spartan Foundation reserved tailgate area covers the northern part of the Fan Fiesta area on the east side of Spartan Stadium. Reserved tailgate space in this area is available for purchase by Spartan Foundation members at a donation level of $1,000 and greater. The spaces are 20 feet by 20 feet and accommodate up to two vehicles. Season passes are $150 per space. Please contact the Spartan Foundation at 408-924-1218 for more information.
Football Practice Field (Reserved for Groups of 20 or more)
Located near the corner of 7th Street and Humboldt Street (between the Koret Center and the old Spartan Village), the football practice field will be available for all home games this fall. Each space is 50 feet wide by 50 feet in length and includes two single-game parking passes in the White Lots. There is a $200 non-refundable charge to reserve each spot. Tents, tables, chairs and catering are available through third-party vendors for an additional charge. Vehicles, glass bottles and charcoal BBQ’s are prohibited in this area*. Visiting Team Tailgate
The Visiting Team tailgate area is located on the football practice field. Depending on your groups needs, there are different sizing and pricing options available. . Please contact Matt Miller at 408-924-1462 or matthew.miller@sjsu.edu for more information and pricing.
NOTE:
- There is no overnight parking available on any SJSU parking lots.
- Tailgate areas are available up to one hour post game.
- All tents should be stored in secure area prior to entering stadium.
