As a prospective student-athlete, you have a special place on the San Jose State team. You are potentially a part of our future as a winning program. Naturally, the SJSU Compliance Office would like for all of the prospective student-athletes to be eligible to become a part our team. In order for you to be eligible to compete at SJSU, there are specific SJSU and NCAA guidelines that must be followed. This information may not cover every question that arises. It is designed to provide a general description and hopefully to answer some specific questions. If you have any doubt as to what is acceptable, contact the SJSU Compliance Office.
