Spartans Go After Eighth Straight Win

San Jose, Calif. --- The San Jose State University women's swimming and diving team travels to Hayward, on Friday, January 25 to face Cal State East Bay (7-2) seeking their eighth dual meet win in a row.

"As our season is winding down, we are looking forward to sharpening our racing and competitive preparation." said San Jose State head coach Sage Hopkins.

In the dual meet against Nevada, Ashlyn Acosta and Darcie Anderson both had three first place finishes, and helped the Spartans in the 160-140 victory against the Wolf Pack. San Jose State secured their seventh straight win and improved their record to 7-1.

The Spartans hit the pool starting at 1:00 at the Pioneer Pool located on Cal State East Bay's campus.
