With its recent sweep of four road dual meets, San Jose State University's women's swimming and diving team is listed 17th nationally in the Endless Pools fourth Top 25 Division I women's performance rankings. The Spartans (6-1) defeated Western Athletic Conference opponents CSU Bakersfield and Northern Colorado on January 4 in Bakersfield, topped University of San Diego in San Diego the next day and beat UC San Diego on January 6 to conclude a three-day, four-meet trip. For the third time this season, San Jose State is listed in Endless Pools Top 25 performance rankings. Jose State is back in action, January 11-13, with its divers competing at the
Bruin Invitational on the UCLA campus. The entire team puts its dual-meet
winning streak that now is six on the line, Saturday, January 19 against the
University of Nevada in Reno. The meets at the Lombardi Pool begins at 11:00
a.m. |
