San Jose State Athletics invites all SJSU students to the Spring BBQ Hoopla, Thursday, January 24, at The Event Center patio. The Spring BBQ Hoopla starts at 6:00 p.m. prior to the Spartans' men's basketball game vs. Louisiana Tech at 7:00 p.m.

San Jose State Athletics, Spartan Shops and the Associated Students are co-hosting the Spring BBQ Hoopla for the entire student body. There is free food for the first 400 students, great music, and a raffle for a new snowboard! And, the first 200 fans to enter The Event Center for the basketball game also will receive a pair of Spartan sunglasses.

During the game, the #21-nationally ranked and Military Bowl champion San Jose State football team will be honored at halftime. The Military Bowl trophy will be on display on the concourse level for fans to take pictures. 

Start the spring semester off at the Spring BBQ Hoopla, enjoy some exciting college basketball action and celebrate the Spartans' Military Bowl victory!

Admission to all San Jose State basketball games at The Event Center is free to students with a valid Tower ID card.
