Justin Weaver is in his 16th year at San Jose State University. Weaver has served as an athletics department equipment manager since April of 2000, working with all 16 Spartan teams. He began as a student assistant in 1994, and in 1999, was appointed assistant equipment manager.

Weaver earned a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology with an emphasis on sports management from San Jose State in 1999. He holds the Athletic Equipment Managers Association certification. The native of Sunnyvale, Calif., attended Wilcox High School, and currently resides in San Jose.
