Spartan Basketball Game Day Information:
Tickets:
For those looking to purchase tickets in person, tickets are on sale at the Spartan Athletics Ticket Office Monday - Friday from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.; and on game day at the Event Center box office from 10 a.m. until the end of the game. For weekend games, tickets are sale at the Event Center box office two hours prior to the game until the end of the game.
Tickets can be purchased in advance at 408.924.SJTX (7589) or online at TicketMaster.com.
Student Tickets
Students that pay the Student Success, Excellence ant Technology Fee (SSETF) can scan their tower card at the student entrance (located on the north side of the concourse) for admittance; all students that pay the SSETF are also permitted one (1) complimentary guest admission. All student guests, wishing to claim their complimentary admission, must be accompanied by the student into the stadium. Guests will not be admitted without an eligible student present.

Parking

General Parking: Parking is available on the SJSU main campus in the 7th Street Garage at the northwest corner of San Salvador and Seventh Street. Event parking is $5 (subject to change).
Accessible Parking is also available in the 7th Street Garage on the ground level. Standard parking rates apply.
Alcohol Policy
Alcohol in the Event Center: Due Executive Order of the Chancellor 966; there will be no public sales of alcoholic beverages in the Event Center for San Jose State Athletic events
Prohibited Items
The following list of items are prohibited in the Event Center:
· Bags larger than 14" x14"x 6"
· Poles or Sticks longer than 24"
· Artificial Noisemakers
· Coolers
· Glass Bottles
· Aluminum Cans
· Outside Food
· Outside Beverages (Sealed Water under 1 Liter OK)
· Weapons of any kind
· Bikes, Scooters, Skateboards
· Beach Balls, Frisbees
· Leaflets, Confetti
· Fireworks
· Animals
· Umbrellas
Spartan BBQ Bash - Not sure what to eat for dinner? The Spartans have just the answer. Every men's home game and every women's Gold Game, there will be music and food provided by Street Eats on the concourse in front of the main entrance of the Event Center beginning one hour prior to tip-offf until halftime.
Student Rewards – The Spartan Experience Student Rewards Program will continue throughout the basketball season for all students living on-campus or in the Greek community. Students will check-in just inside the student entrance of the Event Center at all Gold Games to earn credit for their organization.
